GENERAL POLICY

All payments for services, including subscriptions, setup fees, and one-time projects, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
EXCEPTIONS TO REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A duplicate payment was made in error.

Services were not delivered as agreed upon in the signed contract or proposal.

A cancellation request is made before onboarding or setup work has begun.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
CUSTOM PROJECTS AND SETUP FEES

Custom automation setups, integrations, or campaigns require upfront payment. These fees are non-refundable once the project work has started, as resources and time are immediately allocated to your business.
