All content, software, and materials provided remain the property of Ascension Marketing Agency unless otherwise specified, and may not be copied, modified, or resold without our consent. We strive for consistent service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, indirect damages, or loss of revenue. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or sales performance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse our platform, or engage in unlawful activity. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of Butte County, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Butte County.
