Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the free session. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled call without prior notice, future complimentary strategy sessions may be unavailable. Implementation services, software setup, or campaign builds are offered separately under paid engagements.
